Is boudoir plus size friendly Pennsylvania Boudoir
As a boudoir photographer here in Pennsylvania, I hear it from so many women that they don't think they can do this form of art for themselves because of their body shape.
In general most women don't think they deserve any type of luxury let alone taking beautiful photos of themselves that they can cherish literally for the rest of their lives.
I definitely do wanna let you know that boudoir is for literally any body type out there. I'm here to end the stigma that you have to be a certain shape to be deemed beautiful or nice to look at.
Your body is your vessel! It is your earth vehicle for your soul. We need to stop listening to everyone tearing each other down and learn to appreciate this body that we are given.
If you look at old literature, or old portraits of goddesses and women you will see that they were not super thin like everyone thinks you have to be. Society looked at women of all sizes as beautiful goddesses, because that's what you are, a damn goddess!!!
Also with boudoir photography you have to pick a photographer that is educated in posing everybody type. I don't know how many times I have had people come to me telling me that they went to a photographer and spend $200 and came back and cried for months because they hated their photos so bad. Well yeah, if you go to someone who is not educated and specialized in this they could make your photos look absolutely awful and really make you hate yourself. That is definitely not what you want. You want go with a photographer who actually specializes in boudoir photography... And well, hello that would be me I got you!!!
So then we come to the last reason why boudoir is for all bodies...
Because I fucking said so! we are burning the patriarchy down, ending the stigma against women with different body types, and learning to love ourselves for who we are.
We are on this floating rock for only such a short amount of time, you do not want to be older and one day look back and realize you spent your whole life hating yourself just because other people told you to.
So I got you a girl, let's get you loving yourself for who you are!
Tell yourself I love you today and give yourself a big hug for me! Until next time, Kelsey!
